A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER
This position will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to our customers and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
• Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment always
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience 
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel & Word
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Familiarity with inventory systems and handheld scanners is a plus
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Customer focused attitude: desire to grow with and contribute to a customer focused organization

• This position takes place in a warehouse environment. While performing job duties, the employee is exposed to ambient temperatures. Noise levels may be high when operating motorized industrial equipment. Employees are required to use appropriate safety equipment, such as safety shoes, to avoid injury to themselves or others.
• The employee is frequently required to bend, stretch, twist, stand, and move around. They frequently use their hands and arms to reach, handle, and touch. The employee is frequently required to handle loads weighing between 20–50 lbs (11–18 kg) in a repetitive and safe manner. The employee frequently climbs on and off motorized industrial equipment. Visual abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
