About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AR and AP functions and help strengthen our financial operations. This role plays a key part in improving cash flow, enhancing processes, and leading a high performing team in a fast paced environment.

You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to improve visibility, streamline workflows, and drive better business outcomes. What You Will Do

Accounts Receivable Leadership
• Lead collections efforts and work directly with customers on past due accounts
• Partner with Sales to manage credit risk and resolve billing or pricing disputes
• Improve invoicing, cash application, and dispute resolution processes
• Oversee write offs, credits, and account adjustments

Accounts Payable Oversight
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate vendor records and payment details
• Monitor and report on AP activity and trends

Process Improvement and Systems
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve AR and AP workflows
• Drive automation and efficiency using Epicor P21, DocRecord, or similar systems
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and approval processes
• Partner cross functionally to implement system enhancements and improve adoption
• Improve invoice processing accuracy and turnaround time

Treasury and Cash Flow Support
• Monitor daily cash activity and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze trends in collections and payments to support planning
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital initiatives

Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop AR and AP team members
• Set clear goals and expectations and support team success
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement


What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or both in a high volume environment
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor or similar platforms
• Strong Excel skills and overall technical proficiency
• Solid understanding of how AR and AP impact the general ledger and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities and lead in a fast paced environment


Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
