Warehouse Driver/Associate

Responsibilities:
Safely operate an 18ft truck (or similar vehicle) to complete deliveries within the scheduled 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. window,
Load and unload products, ensuring accuracy in delivery orders, paperwork, and skid organization.
Provide professional and courteous customer service during all interactions.
Assist with warehouse tasks, including staging, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and organizing materials.
Collaborate with warehouse staff while also working independently for the majority of the day.
- Follow all safety guidelines for driving, product handling, and warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; prior experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles is strongly preferred.
Reliable and punctual attendance with a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude and customer service skills, with the ability to work well with both customers and internal teams.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with warehouse operations.
- Self-motivated and independent, capable of completing tasks without direct supervision.
- Ability to provide full coverage as needed, including days when the primary team member is unavailable, to ensure seamless business operations
A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you’ll split your time between the road and the warehouse—safely delivering products, interacting with customers, and assisting with loading/unloading materials. The environment is fast-paced and hands-on, with a balance of independent driving and teamwork in a supportive, safety-focused setting.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position involves a mix of warehouse and delivery settings. You’ll primarily work in the warehouse, where temperatures can vary with the seasons, and noise levels may be higher when powered equipment is in use. Standard office equipment may also be used for paperwork or reporting. Proper safety equipment is required at all times to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
